: According to the prevailing Nepalese law, marriage can take place between the following men and women in accordance with this Act, except in cases where marriage cannot take place -
(1) If neither man nor woman has a husband or wife,
(2) if neither male nor female is married, and
(3) Age of both male and female has completed twenty years.
