: (1) After the marriage according to section 8, the marriage officer must register the marriage registration in the marriage registration book of the prescribed format and the parties to the marriage and the witnesses and the marriage officer must stamp on the marriage registration book.
(2) Such registration shall be proof of the fact of marriage in accordance with this Act.
(3) After such registration, the marriage officer shall issue the marriage certificate to the parties of the marriage in the prescribed format.
