It will be presumed that the child was born to a married husband
Unless proven otherwise, a child born under the following conditions shall be presumed to be born to a married husband:-
(a) Born after one hundred and eighty days from the date of marriage,
(b) Born within two hundred and seventy-two days from the date of the death of the husband or the termination of the marital relationship.
