Section 56
Exclusive rights
(1) If a criminal involved in a forest-related offense under this Act is caught inside or outside the forest area, does not allow him to be caught, or even after being caught, someone tries to take him away and takes him away, in a situation where the life of the criminal is at risk of being caught, and if there is a situation where the weapon is not displayed, the staff assigned for forest protection He will be able to shoot under the knee.
(2) Even if someone has encroached upon the land of the national forest area or has built a house or hut on such land, the forest officer or forest assistant appointed by the Divisional Forest Officer may remove the encroachment or demolish the house or hut and may also confiscate the crops.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (2), the provisions of that sub-section shall not affect any other punishment imposed by this Act.
