Section 138
Authorities exercising powers in special cases
(1) When the persons under the jurisdiction of this Act are working under the commanding officer of any military organization whose number is more than the number present in any unit of the Nepali Army, the Government of Nepal shall exercise the authority of the commanding officer over such persons under this Act to the officers of the Army, Army, Army and Corps. (2) The Government of Nepal may prescribe all or some of the rights, limits, exceptions and conditions under this Act when making a decision in accordance with sub-section (1).
