Rule 35
Can give special order
In the case that the application for direct custody is pending, the court may make any of the following orders according to the circumstances until the application is finalised:-
(a) to release a prisoner on bail or money bail,
(b) To remove the prisoner from the custody of the defendant and place him in the custody of the court.
