(1) Section 21D of the Act. for the purpose of which the council may take a special examination on the basis of the prescribed course.
(2) In the special examination, the written examination will be mandatory and the council may also conduct practical examination, interview and other types of examination as per the requirement.
(3) The special examination will be as specified in schedule-9.
(3a) Even foreign students who have passed the master's degree in medical or dental subjects of medicine in Nepal will be able to take part in the special examination as per sub-rule (1).
(4) Other arrangements related to the special examination shall be as prescribed by the Council.
