(1) The daily appearance of the petition of a special nature or the supplementary appearance list as required shall be published and submitted before the bench.
(2) While preparing the list of submissions for the application as per sub-rule (1), it shall be prepared in the following order: No
(a) Petition for Probate of Authorized Successor, (b) Petition for Marriage by Registration, (c) Petition for Appointment of Guardian, (d) Petition for Appointment of Mathwar, (1) Desro Amendment Act. 26 (e) Judicial Declaration of Death Petition,
(f) application for adoption or permission to keep adopted daughter, (g) application for appointment of Guthi director,
(h) Applications related to marriage of natural persons, (j) Other applications of a similar nature.
