Section 88B
Provisions regarding formation of Special Administration Group
(1) Section 88A. In the event that a decision is made before the reorganization of a commercial bank or financial institution, the bank will form a special administration group consisting of at most three persons from among the persons who have attained the qualifications specified for that purpose, and through that, take the related commercial bank or financial institution under its control and proceed with the reorganization. (2) If the work of all or any of the members of the special administration group is not satisfactory, he may be relieved of his position as prescribed. (3) Sub-section (2) Before relieving him of his position, he shall be given a reasonable time to be heard. If a member of the group is relieved of his position, a person who has attained the specified qualifications can be appointed to that position for the remaining period.
