: (1) If the financial condition of the fund is adversely affected due to the crisis in the country's financial sector, the fund may allocate a special contribution amount to the protected member, taking into account the financial condition of the protected member organization.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned secured member organization to pay the amount specified in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) According to subsection (1), the procedure for paying the special contribution amount will be as prescribed.
