Nepal government, state government and local level in coordination with the children mentioned in sub-section (4) of section 7 of the Act and in sub-section (1) of section 48 of the Act: Children in need of special protection mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 4t of the Act ) in addition to the services mentioned in the following special protection arrangements should be made by providing the following services:-
(a) Emergency rescue and relief,
(b) Psychosocial counseling,
(c) Family counseling,
(d) Legal advice and/or assistance,
(e) Educational Assistance,
(f) Vocational training,
(g) Social protection,
(h) Operation of Child Helpline Service,
(i) Conduct of sports, entertainment and creative activities (h) Other measures of special protection prescribed by the Ministry by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
