Section 9
Provision of special facilities and reservations
: (1) The government of Nepal can provide special facilities to women, Dalits, tribal tribes, victims of natural calamities and people from remote areas.
(2) When sending workers for foreign employment, the organization shall provide reservation for women, Dalits, tribal tribes, oppressed classes, backward areas and people from remote areas in the number specified by the Government of Nepal.
