(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, for the deposition of an expert witness: If the expert witness is unable to appear for the deposition on the appointed day and receives written information to that effect, the court may order such expert to appear for the deposition at an appropriate time.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the expert who expressed the expert opinion on a case dies or for any other reason is unable to understand him and the expert cannot be understood, the expert opinion can be understood from another expert on the same subject.
