Specialist services
: (1) The Government of Nepal shall provide specialized services as per the requirement based on the nature of the service, geographical conditions and the incidence rate of the disease.
(2) The provincial government should provide specialist services in accordance with the standards set by the federal law.
(3) Other arrangements related to providing expert services shall be as prescribed.
