(1) The University shall have a separate fund of its own and the following amounts shall be in that fund:- (a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal, (b) Funds received from the University Grants Commission, (c) Funds provided by any person or organization in the form of financial assistance, (d) Funds received from any person, body, association or organization, (e) Funds received from foreign individuals, governments, international associations or organizations, (f) Fees and funds received from any other source.
(2) According to Clause (e) of sub-section (1), before receiving any funds, the University shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Finance. (4) The operation of funds and accounts of the University shall be as prescribed.
(5) All expenses of the University shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
