: (1) If the members of a cooperative organization want to change the topic at the time of registration based on their professional needs, they shall be authorized to approve the same by making a decision by the majority of the number of members present in the general meeting. An application should be submitted to the officer.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), when revising the regulations to change the subject, the conditions and procedures prescribed by the Ministry under the prevailing law and this regulation must be fulfilled.
(3) If any application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the authorized officer shall approve the amended regulation after necessary investigation.
