17. Identification card to be provided to pesticide inspectors

(1) For the identification of pesticide inspectors appointed according to section 13 of the Act, the Government of Nepal will provide them with employee identification cards.
(2) In accordance with the Act and this regulation, when the inspector is performing his duties or exercising his authority, if anyone wants to see his identity card, he shall show the employee identity card obtained by him in accordance with sub-rule (1).
