(1) For the purpose of conducting business as per section 28, the commodity exchange market may assign a warehouse to the organization that has received a permit as per section 5.
(2) When appointing a ware house, the barter market shall enter into an agreement with the ware house as prescribed and a copy of the agreement shall be submitted to the board by the barter market within fifteen days of making such agreement.
(3) Other arrangements related to designating a warehouse by the commodity exchange market shall be as prescribed.
