(1) There shall be a required number of salaried legal practitioners in the court to provide legal aid to helpless disabled minors who are unable to hire legal practitioners or those who are incarcerated.
(2) The selection of salary law practitioners will be done on the basis of open competition.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the court shall publish a public notice to invite applications from interested legal practitioners after giving a period of at least fifteen days to select a salaried legal practitioner.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), a suitable person will be selected for the position of salaried legal practitioner after taking an interview from among the applicants within the deadline of the published notice.
(5) The person selected in accordance with sub-rule (4) shall be appointed by the court as a salaried legal practitioner.
(6) Other arrangements related to paid legal practitioners shall be in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Supreme Court.
