Section 61
Investigation and Investigation of Offenses Related to Foreign Employment
: (1) If any offense has been committed or is about to be committed contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, if the department is informed directly or indirectly through the complaint of any person or any other means, the department shall at least notify the third party registered in the Gazette. If the officer of the category is designated as an investigation officer, he can conduct investigation and investigation of related offenses.
(2) According to sub-section (1) during the investigation and investigation of the offense or while collecting the evidence, the prevailing law includes arresting the person involved in the offense, searching any place related to the offense, taking custody of the documents or other things related to the offense, making a statement and preparing a bond.
