: (1) between the employer organization or its representative and the worker and the licensee and the worker before leaving for foreign employment in the respective country regarding the worker's safety status, employment services, terms and conditions to be followed by both parties and the wages the worker will receive The contract should be clearly understood by the workers.
(2) The licensee shall translate the contract as per sub-section (1) into Nepali language and submit two copies to the department, and the department shall certify the copy of such contract and keep one copy in the department and the other copy shall be given to the workers.
