Section 24
Non-personal information
The following information regarding a person holding a public position shall not be considered as personal information except as otherwise provided in the prevailing law:-
(a) The matter of which public body he is an official in,
(b) His position and office address, telephone number or electronic mail (email) address where he can be contacted in that capacity,
(c) the name and position of the person signing any letter or document issued or written by the public body,
(d) the description of the work to be performed by him and the nature thereof,
(e) Matters relating to his service conditions.
