No one other than the crew having individual license, rating and certificate should fly and operate the aircraft in the airspace of Nepal …….. No person shall fly an aircraft in the airspace of Nepal …….. without carrying the following documents related to air flight and aircraft:-
(a) Aircraft Registration Certificate,
(b) certificate of airworthiness of the aircraft,
(c) Journey Log Book
(d) Individual licences, ratings and other certificates of each crew on board,
(e) in the case of a passenger-carrying aircraft, the names, nationalities, places of landing and final destination of each passenger traveling on that aircraft,
(f) Among other documents mentioned in Annexure and Manual, the documents specified by the Authority.
