:
(1) The personal license, rating or certificate provided by a member country of the International Civil Aviation Organization or a person or organization authorized by such country shall be able to use it in the Kingdom of Nepal for the period specified in such personal license, rating or certificate, and the necessary details in the format mentioned in the annex and manual. As mentioned in Opening Schedule-1, the application should be submitted to the Director General with the fee attached.
(2) If an application is made in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Director General may approve such certificate with or without any conditions or restrictions in the format mentioned in the Annex and Manual after conducting the necessary investigation.
(3) Acknowledgment given in accordance with sub-rule (2) shall be considered as an integral part of the relevant individual license, rating and certificate.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), other procedures related to recognition shall be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
