: The director general will be the authority to issue personal licensing, rating and certificate as required in connection with the operation of aircraft services as follows:
(a) Student Pilot Licence,
(b) Private (Private) Aircraft Pilot's Licence,
(c) Probationary (temporary), provisional or restricted air pilot licence,
(d) Commercial Aircraft Pilot Licence,
(e) Senior Commercial Aircraft Pilot Licence,
(f) Airline Transport Pilot Licence,
(g) Instrument Rating,
(h) Assistant Flight Instructor Rating,
(i) Flight Instructor Rating,
(j) Glider pilot's licence,
(k) Student Flight Operator's License and Aircraft Dispatcher's License,
(l) Flight Operations Officer (Flight Operations Officer or Aircraft Dispatcher License,
(d) Student Flight Engineer Licence,
(d) Flight Engineer's License,
(n) Flight Radio Telephone Operator's Licence,
(i) Flight radio operator's license,
(h) License to carry aircraft radio mobiles,
(d) license to keep ground radio,
(d) Radio Navigation Operating Licence,
(n) air traffic controller license rating,
(p) more than one type of aircraft rating,
(f) Air Flight Inspector Certificate,
(b) Check Pilot Examiner Certificate,
