Rule 52
Revocable recognition of personal licenses, ratings and certificates
:
(1) If the individual license, rating and certificate recognized in accordance with Rule 51 are used in violation of the conditions specified at the time of recognition and the current Act on non-military aviation, this regulation, annex and manual, the Director General shall issue such personal license, Ratings and certificates may be withdrawn.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), before issuing an order to withdraw the recognition of personal licences, ratings and certificates, the relevant individual licences, ratings and certificates shall be given a reasonable opportunity to submit clarifications.
(1) If the individual license, rating and certificate recognized in accordance with Rule 51 are used in violation of the conditions specified at the time of recognition and the current Act on non-military aviation, this regulation, annex and manual, the Director General shall issue such personal license, Ratings and certificates may be withdrawn.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), before issuing an order to withdraw the recognition of personal licences, ratings and certificates, the relevant individual licences, ratings and certificates shall be given a reasonable opportunity to submit clarifications.
