: (1) According to section 26 of the Act, if the concerned person gives a notice to view the personal events and civil records registration book in the office of the local registrar along with the fee as per Schedule-3, the concerned local registrar officer shall allow such records to be viewed. can
(2) Pursuant to sub-rule (1), if a person looks at the personal incident and civil records registration book in the office of the local registrar, such office shall keep the records thereof.
