(1) Upon receipt of the notice as per section 4, the local registrar shall register such incident in the relevant register book as follows :- (a) The form filled by the person coming to inform is correct or not. Check if it is correct, ask to correct it< /span>, < span lang="NE" style="margin: 0px; color: black; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS','sans-serif'; font-size: 12.5pt;">and (b) If the person coming to give information does not know how to read, he should fill out the form himself or make him fill it and get his lap printed correctly.

(2) When registering the notice of divorce, the decision made by the court in that regard should also be registered.

"(3) Subsection (1) of section 4 Or if the individual case is registered after exceeding the period specified in (2), the local registrar will charge a fee of fifty rupees and register it.” (b) Sub-section (4) is deleted.
