Rule 20
Issuance of certificate of personal incident registration
: (1) Based on the registration of personal incident according to Rule 17, the local registrar shall issue a certificate of personal incident registration to the relevant indicator in the following format:-
(a) Certificate of Birth Registration as per Schedule-20,
(b) Certificate of death registration as per Schedule-21,
(c) Certificate of marriage registration as per Schedule-22,
(d) Divorce registration certificate according to schedule-23,
(e) Migration Registration Certificate as per Schedule-24. (2) According to sub-rule (7) of rule 174, if personal incident is registered through electronic means (online system), personal incident registration certificate can be issued through the same means.
(3) When the indicator comes to the local registrar to collect the birth registration certificate, he should bring such a child as far as possible. But if for some reason it is not possible to bring the child, the birth report issued by the health institution or proof of immunization of the child must be submitted.
(a) Certificate of Birth Registration as per Schedule-20,
