Section 21
Individuals who can go for foreign employment
: (1) If a person wants to go abroad personally for the purpose of foreign employment, he should submit an application for approval to the opening department:
(a) Country to which one wishes to go for employment,
(b) the nature of work to be done abroad,
(c) Acceptance letter issued by the employing organization,
(d) Contract clearly stating the terms and conditions of employment,
(e) Certificate of having received orientation training,
(f) Certificate of Health.
(2) Upon receipt of the application as per sub-section (1), the department shall, upon conducting the necessary investigation, approve the applicant to go abroad for employment if the applicant's demand is deemed suitable and upon such approval, the department shall require him to submit proof of insurance.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this section, no licensee shall personally send workers.
