Section 5
Manager's Responsibilities
(1) The manager should do the following to prevent or remedy sexual harassment in the workplace:-
(a) To make necessary provisions regarding the prevention of sexual harassment in the law relating to the service and conditions of employees,
(B) To warn employees and customers to avoid sexual harassment,
(c) to take necessary corrective measures to prevent recurrence of sexual misconduct,
(d) To provide psychological counseling services to the victim as needed,
(e) Keeping a complaint box at the workplace.
(2) The manager should clearly inform the victim about the period, procedure and authority to hear the complaint against sexual harassment.
