Section 115
The management committee can send in writing
: (1) The management committee can send in writing to the relevant body to perform the following actions in connection with the management of assets or payment of liabilities of the troubled organization or association:-
(a) To freeze financial transactions or accounts or other movable and immovable assets of the members of the committee, managers and employees or members of their families or organizations or associations in any bank or financial institution,
(b) not to issue passports to members, managers or employees of the committee or to withhold passports if issued, (c) to blacklist the name of a member or person who is in default of debt of a troubled institution or association.
(2) If written according to sub-section (1), the relevant body shall do so and give the information to the management committee.
