Section 109
Oath
(1) The chairman and the chief shall take the oath of office and secrecy before the concerned district judge in the format as per Schedule-2 within seven days of being elected before taking over their duties.
(2) The vice president, deputy chief, ward president and members of the assembly shall take the oath of office and confidentiality before the respective president or chief within seven days after the president or chief takes oath.
(3) Within seven days of the head of the district coordination committee being elected before the relevant district judge and within seven days of the deputy head and members of the district coordination committee being sworn in by the head of the district coordination committee, taking the oath of office and confidentiality before the head of the respective district coordination committee in the format as per Schedule-2 will have to do.
