Section 34
Changes in conditions and service facilities
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act or prevailing laws, if any provision that changes the conditions of foreign investment and the exemptions, facilities or concessions received by foreign investors, any foreign investor should obtain approval prior to such change. Such change shall not apply to such investor.
