(1) The battery businessmen shall follow the conditions as per Schedule-9 while doing battery business.
(2) The ministry may appoint an inspector to inspect such work in relation to whether the battery business has complied with the conditions as per sub-rule (1).
(3) During the inspection according to sub-rule (2), if any battery trader is found to have violated the condition specified according to sub-rule (1), the inspector shall submit a report on the matter to the Ministry.
(4) Upon examining the report received from the inspector in accordance with sub-rule (3), if it is necessary to give any instructions to the battery businessmen, the ministry will instruct such businessmen to comply with the conditions set for a period of time.
(5) If any battery trader does not improve his work in accordance with the conditions within the period given in accordance with sub-rule (4), the Ministry may close such business immediately and punish such battery trader in accordance with the law.
(6) The user of the battery shall comply with the conditions specified in Schedule-9.
