Rule 24
Conditions that can be placed
In addition to the conditions mentioned in this paragraph in relation to a procurement contract, if any additional conditions are to be placed in the bidding documents or proposal documents, the sample bidding documents or proposal documents issued by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office shall be added to the conditions of the procurement contract without being fundamentally different.
