Rule 33
Not to act contrary to condition

(1) In accordance with Rule 32, a person or an organization that has received approval shall not take any action contrary to the conditions set by the relevant body while collecting samples of any organism, bacteria and plants and researching biological diversity.
(2) If anyone is found to have done any work contrary to sub-rule (1), the concerned body shall immediately stop that work.
