Rule 21
Provision of education and training facilities etc.
: (1) In addition to regular education, vocational education and skill-based training can also be provided to children living in child welfare homes, child correctional homes, orphanages and mental health centers.
(2) Children living in child welfare homes, child correctional homes, orphanages and mental health centers can be involved in various sports, entertainment and cultural programs and other extracurricular activities according to their physical condition.
(3) Children living in child welfare homes, child correctional homes, orphanages and mental health centers can be provided with regular health check-ups and medication as needed.
(4) Children living in child welfare homes, children's correctional homes, orphanages and mental health centers may be provided with food, transportation and living facilities as determined by the Central Child Welfare Committee on the recommendation of the District Child Welfare Committee.
(2) Children living in child welfare homes, child correctional homes, orphanages and mental health centers can be involved in various sports, entertainment and cultural programs and other extracurricular activities according to their physical condition.
(3) Children living in child welfare homes, child correctional homes, orphanages and mental health centers can be provided with regular health check-ups and medication as needed.
