: (1) In what capacity a shareholder of a company has received fully voting shares registered in his name or whether any other person has an investment in the shares registered in the name of such shareholder or whether any other person is a beneficiary of such shares ( Beneficiary) If the company requests information about the identity of such person and the nature of his rights, it will be the duty of such shareholder to inform the company within thirty days.
(2) After the company receives the information requested in accordance with sub-section (1), the date of request, the date of receipt of the information and the name of the relevant shareholder along with the name of the relevant shareholder shall be recorded in the share registration book and sent to the office within seven days.
