Section 19
Provisions related to labor permit sticker
: (1) After receiving the entry permit of the workers selected according to section 17, the licensee shall send the following details in writing to the department for the labor permit sticker before sending such workers to foreign employment:
(a) If skill training is required for any work, the certificate of having received such training and the certificate of orientation training,
(b) Certificate of Health,
(c) Certificate of Insurance,
(d) Agreement between the licensee and the workmen,
(e) Agreement between the employer and the worker,
(f) Receipt or bank voucher for the amount paid by the worker to the licensee,
(G) Other matters as specified.
(2) If the details submitted according to sub-section (1) are found to be correct with the details submitted according to section 15, the department will affix a labor approval sticker (sticker) on the passport of such workers within three days.
(3) If the information provided under sub-section (1) is found to be different from the details submitted under section 15, the department may prohibit the licensee from sending workers for foreign employment and shall provide the licensee with the reason for such prohibition.
