(1) The name of this Act shall be the “Employee Provident Fund Act, 2019”.(2) ……………….(3) This section shall come into force forthwith and all or some of the remaining sections or sub-sections shall be published by the Government of Nepal in the Nepal Gazette from time to time. The notification will be published in time and will start from the specified date.
