Rule 1
Abbreviation and initials

(1) The name of these rules is "Nepal Civil Aviation Authority, Civil Aviation Rules, 2058".
(2) This regulation shall be enforced from the date of receipt of approval from the Government of Nepal.
(3) These Regulations shall be called in English as “Civil Aviation Regulations” and for short “C.A.R.” It will be said.
