Rule 1
Abbreviations and initials
(1) The name of these rules is “Property Laundering (Money Laundering) Prevention (Withholding of Assets or Funds of Listed Individuals, Groups or Organizations) Rules, 2070”.
(2) This regulation shall come into force immediately.
