Section 1
Abbreviations and initials

(1) The name of this Act is "Criminal Offenses (Determination of Punishment and Execution) Act, 2074".
(2) Clauses (d), (e), (f) and (g) of Section 17 of this Act, Sections 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, Repeal, 29, 30, 31 and 49 of the Nepal & Civil Code. Amended by Act, 2075 to amend some Nepal Acts related to The notification will be published in the gazette from the date specified and the other sections will start from August 1, 2075.
