Section 1
Abbreviation, extension and initialization

(1) The name of this Act is “Tourism Act, 2035”.
(2) Extension of this Act to Nepal ………. will fill.
(3) Paragraph-4 of this Act shall commence from the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette and the other paragraphs shall commence immediately. This Act came into effect on June 15, 2065. Repealed by the Republic Strengthening and Some Nepalese Laws Amendment Act, 2066. Added by the second amendment.
