Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement
:(1) This Act may be called the “Foreign Employment Act, 2064”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal and if any person residing outside Nepal commits acts contrary to this Act, this Act shall also apply to him.
(3) This Act shall come into force immediately.
