Section 1

Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement

(1) This Act shall be entitled “Births, Deaths and Other Personal Events (Registration) Act, 2033”.

(2) Extension of this Act Nepal ………. will be full. (3) Clause 1 shall commence immediately and the other clauses shall commence in the designated areas from the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
