Section 1

Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement

1.Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement:

(1) This Act may be called “The Data Act, 2015”.

( 2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal. This Act shall be enforced from 15th June 2065. Repealed by the Republic Strengthening and Some Nepalese Laws Amendment Act, 2066.

(3) This Act shall commence immediately.
