Section 1
Abbreviation, extension and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the “Radio Act, 2014”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal.
(3) This Act shall commence from the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
