(1) If a person keeps, makes or uses a radio device without obtaining a license in accordance with section (3), the Government of Nepal or an officer appointed by the Government of Nepal shall confiscate such radio device and the person who keeps, makes or uses the radio device shall be fined. It will be maintained and fined accordingly.
(2) If any person commits any other act contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act except as mentioned in sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal or an officer designated by the Government of Nepal may fine such person up to fifty thousand rupees.
(3) If someone commits the act punishable under sub-section (1) or (2) again, such person shall be punished twice the initial punishment.
